Information for subscribers and the general public
Parking:
In Rishon Lezion only: parking is regulated using the parking stickers we will provide you at "Parking Rishonim" only Parking lot address: Rotenberg Street_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb5b5cf58d_
For your information: in case of loss of a parking sticker, it will be possible to purchase a replacement sticker at a cost of NIS 5 at the ticket office on the day of the concert.
Parking is free on the streets, based on availability.

Cancellations and exchanges
A subscription can be canceled within 14 days from the date of the transaction, provided that said cancellation is done at least 7 days before the date of the first concert.
Upon cancellation of a transaction after 14 days, the customer will be charged a rate of 5% of the subscription cost.
Cancellation or change of a concert ticket must be notified up to 48 hours before the show.
You can exchange a ticket between the different series, but the position will be based on an available place only and not on the basis of your fixed places in the series.
Accessibility and special services
Headphones and audio: Audio headphones are at your disposal, which can be borrowed on the night of the concert in any of the halls, by depositing an ID card.
We do everything in our power to allow you to enjoy a pleasant entertainment experience, in the halls where we appear there are parking spaces for the disabled, elevators, services for the disabled and special places for wheelchairs.

We are happy that you have joined the Israeli Symphony Orchestra Rishon LeZion.
Everything you need to know when you join us:
* Entrance to the hall with digital tickets, which will be sent to you via mobile message the day before the concert.
You must arrive with your mobile phone in order to show it to the ushers at the entrance to the hall.
* Our concerts start on time, we recommend arriving about half an hour before the start of the concert.
Latecomers will be directed to the stand based on availability.
* Those leaving the hall during the concert will not be able to return to their seats until the break and will be directed to the upper stand.
* You must turn off your mobile devices when you enter the hall.
* The responsibility for your presence, at the appointed time, is yours alone.
